By registering, accessing, or using the EarnVet advertising marketplace ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.
2. Account Eligibility & Registration
You must be at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction. You agree to maintain accurate account information and secure authentication credentials, including enabling Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) where appropriate.
3. Advertiser Responsibilities & Funding
Advertisers are solely responsible for all ad creative content, URLs, and destination landing pages. Campaigns must comply with our Advertiser Acceptable Use Policy. Wallet deposits in cryptocurrency are non-reversible on-chain and become usable advertising credits.
4. Publisher Standards & Code Placement
Publishers must integrate EarnVet ad tags unaltered. Any attempts to manipulate impressions, simulate user interactions, or place creatives in hidden containers constitutes material breach and leads to immediate forfeiture of pending balances.
5. Payments, Fees & Settlement
All earnings and wallet ledgers are maintained in satoshis with USD conversion rates clearly marked. Platform margins and revenue splits are transparently deducted per the live platform configuration.
6. Fraud Detection & Reversals
EarnVet employs proprietary multi-layer real-time and batch fraud scoring. Traffic identified as non-human or invalid is not charged to advertisers, and illegitimate publisher credits are subject to administrative ledger reversal.
7. Suspension & Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our policies, generate excessive fraud, or threaten marketplace integrity.
8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
EarnVet is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted server uptime or specific conversion volumes.
