2. Unspent Wallet Balances
Unspent advertiser balance remaining in an account may be refunded upon written request to support, minus standard network withdrawal transaction fees.
3. Fraud Reversals & Credits
Impressions or clicks identified as fraudulent or bot-generated through automated analysis or admin review are automatically refunded directly back to your campaign wallet balance.
4. Submitting a Dispute
Advertisers believing traffic to be anomalous may submit a review request via support within 30 days of campaign completion.
